Twice a month, for three or six months. Someone alongside you while your evenings change.
It starts with a free conversation. If we go on, we meet twice a month, 60 minutes at a time, and you can message me in between. Lancaster or online.
Book a free callWhere you are, what you want from this, and what a bad week looks like.
One next step agreed at the end of each, small enough to still happen in a bad week.
Included. I read every one myself, usually within two days.
In Lancaster city, or video from anywhere.
Pick the length, not the intensity. The pace is the same.

“I may not have looked like rock bottom to the outside world, but I was fighting myself daily.”
Sleep. Food. Stress. Evenings and weekends. Movement comes last, and it is mostly walking.
Seventy-five minutes the first time, sixty after that. I ask what the week looked like — when you drank, when you did not, what was going on around it. You do most of the talking. We pick one thing to change before we stand up, and I write it down and send it to you afterwards.
Not medical care, therapy, or addiction treatment. If a question is medical, I will say so and point you to someone.
